The travel industry has dramatically changed under the impacts of COVID-19. The German Startup VAIRTUAL enters the global aviation market in its Pre-seed phase as a new, virtual airline. It is focused on clearly defined target groups that match to our brand values and offered destinations.
We unite passengers with their expectations on clarity, personality and we'll bring back the real value and fascination of flying through an industry leading digital portal and app. We call it #socialcrowdflying.
Our passengers will be part of the company and the product as they are steering our offered flights through a proactive flight request. As soon as we see a clear trend for a flight on a specific day or week, we will manage the operational process with one of our Wetlease partners, the Operating Carriers. The interested passenger will receive a binding offer for the requested flight and can accept or book right away. Remaining, open seats will be easy bookable through the book flight section.
We'll take it all down to the core: With our advanced portal and our high quality in-flight experience, we will offer a new, unique, consistent product. Digital, contactless, but in the same way individual, personal and transparent. And once our plane’s up in the air, we’ll make sure that our passengers will have an impressing VAIRTUAL onboard experience. A simple, social crowdtaxi in the sky. Our guests create the product, we are the brand.
VAIRTUAL is a young, fresh startup with unlimited international growth potential. The company's headquearter is based in Frankfurt, Germany and we aim to launch our initial network in Q4 2021/Q1 2022 to selected Short/Middle- and Long Haul Leisure destinations.
At the current stage, VAIRTUAL starts to develop the portal/app and is teaming up with industry leading partners and investors after we've completed a successful Proof of Concept (PoC) phase in Q1 2021.
